3. Who shares in tips
- Everyone working in these roles shares in tips: Server, Bartender, Chef and Kitchen porter.
- Agency workers share on exactly the same basis.
4. How tips are shared
Tips are shared by hours worked. You get the same amount for every hour you worked, whatever your role.
Example: £600 of tips and 300 hours between the team is £2 an hour.
6. Deductions
We don't take anything out of tips except the tax the law requires.
