Refunds & cancellations

Subscriptions
- Cancel any time from your account page (Billing). You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Tiproll subscriptions are for businesses and organisations (including sole traders buying for their trade), not consumers, so the 14-day consumer cancellation period doesn't apply. Nothing here limits any rights you have by law.
No refunds
Payments for Tiproll plans and the Policy Pack aren't refundable. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial so you can try it first; cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged. Cancelling a plan stops the next payment, and the plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
Policy Pack (one-off)
The £79 Policy Pack gives immediate access to the policy generator and consultation tools for one venue, so it isn't refundable once bought. If something doesn't work because of a fault on our side, tell us and we'll put it right, or refund you if we can't.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Once we've sent a refund, it normally shows on your statement within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
